Live. We are now a specialty house for all At Home Call Center

Our Process
In becoming an independent contractor for WFHA’s at home call center solutions, you can develop and grow your business however you choose! Our customer portfolio is large and diverse and covers a wide range of products and services.
As a work at home agent, you will receive thorough web-based training and will be provided with all the tools you need to build your successful home-based business when working for WFHA’s clients. Our proprietary call center technology can be easily downloaded onto your desktop and will include access to our client’s scripts in a simple, interactive and automated format.
Our process is very simple! You never have to worry about what to say in response to any caller because our web training will give you all the necessary tools you require to be a successful at-home agent!
Once you have applied and been approved, you will then complete
your profile. You will also have the opportunity of enrolling yourself
in several optional web based training courses. You are then ready to
begin with any employer! Your employer will provide all details when you
are hired.
Requirements
We are currently seeking experienced home-based agents with a background in customer service, data entry, inbound/outbound telemarketing, order processing and technical support for small to large businesses encompassing a wide array of industries, products and services.
There is no charge to process your application. We require our at home agents to have
specific equipment to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
You will need a PC, fax (optional), printer, DSL or cable modem
and noise reducing headset. If you currently own a high quality
headset, you may not need to purchase one. As part of the application
process you will be asked for the make and model of your
existing headset to ensure it is of adequate quality.
